Illegal Behavior
Will Not Be Tolerated
There will be an increased law enforcement presence during Memorial Week Bikfest. 

Know Before You Go

 Increased law enforcement will enhance public safety.

Criminal behavior will result in tickets or arrests.

42 static license plate readers will be in place throughout Myrtle Beach.

The Clerk of Court’s Office will be open 24 hours a day.

Loitering is not permitted in public space.

The noise ordinance prohibits excessive noise.

A year-round curfew is in effect for juveniles (under age 18).

Alcohol consumption is illegal in parking areas.

All traffic on Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is one way.

Barriers will be in place along Ocean Blvd.

Horry County will operate an emergency operations center 24-7.

Several command posts will be maintained.

Law enforcement will be using mobile surveillance towers.

No more than two motorcycles may park in a single public space.
